Eligibility rules differ for each supplier; the rules below are guidelines only. At the time of booking, the applicable rules will be advised accordingly.
Many of our offers are open to the staff family, and friends, even if they are travelling independently!
AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:
Current employees of existing passenger/cargo airlines.
Retired employees of existing passenger/cargo airlines.
Spouses, parents, parent in-law travelling with the staff member or travelling independently.
One additional cabin available for Friends and Family; total of two (2) cabins per sailing.
Employee’s spouse, parents and parents in-law may travel independently.
AIRPORT & AFFILIATED EMPLOYERS OF:
International airlines

The International Air Transport Association (IATA)
The Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATS)
British Airline Pilots Association (BALPA)

Proof of eligibility (current letter of employment/paying slip from airline/travel agency/above trade affiliations with a clear copy of *ID card (airline staff) is required and must be sent at the time of booking.
If spouse, parents or parents in-law are travelling without the staff member, a current letter of employment showing the relationship from airline/travel agency with a clear copy of *ID card (airline staff) is required and must be sent at the time of booking. *ID cards are optional
