Virgin Voyages is happy to offer Interline Rates to Travelbrands Ltd under these terms and conditions.

The Interline Rate offer terms and conditions:

- Interline Rates may be offered to verified active or retired airline employees as well as other

specified travel industry employees.

- Cruise line employees are eligible.

- Access to Interline Rates must be strictly limited to a potential passenger’s status as an active or

retired airline employee. First Mate Agency represents that it has a process in place to

validate a potential passenger’s status as an active or retired airline employee.

- First Mate Agency agrees to provide Virgin Voyages with information as may be requested from

time to time to enable it to assess the First Mate Agency’s process in validating potential

passengers’ statuses as an active or retired airline employee. This may include demonstrating

the First Mate Agency's validation process to the satisfaction of a Virgin Voyages

representative.

- Virgin Voyage reserves the right to validate a prospective Interline Rate user’ status as an active

or retired airline employee.

- Rates may be applied to, and may not exceed, one qualified airline employee or travel

industry employee cabin and three guest cabins per sailing.

- Interline Rates may be offered to verified active or retired airline employees’ or travel

industry employees’ spouses or parents without airline employee sailing for one spouse

or parent cabin plus three guest cabins. Parents-in-law do not qualify for benefits.
