Eligibility Information

Eligibility rules differ for each supplier; the rules below are guidelines only. At the time of booking, the applicable rules will be advised accordingly.

AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:

Current employees of passenger airlines.

Retired employees of passenger airlines.

Current/retired pilots of cargo carriers and private jets. 

Friends may share a suite with any eligible person and receive the travel trade rate.

AIRPORT & AFFILIATED EMPLOYERS OF:

Air Traffic Controllers.

Friends may share a suite with any eligible person and receive the travel trade rate.

PERMANENT STAFF SELLING, MARKETING OR PROMOTING TRAVEL & AFFILIATED EMPLOYEES OF:

Multiples / independent bonded travel agents (ABTA, ATOL, IATA, TTA, CAA, Global Travel).

Bonded tour operators.

Hoteliers (chains or and independent hotels)

Cruise line employees (UK based ONLY).

Tourist boards.

Destination management & representation.

Hotel companies.

Friends may share a suite with any eligible person and receive the travel trade rate.

Proof of eligibility (current letter of employment/paying slip from airline/travel agency/above trade affiliations with a clear copy of *ID card (airline staff) is required and must be sent at the time of booking.

The applicable eligibility confirmation document may be required at the check-in, please remember to take it with you.
