Eligibility rules differ for each supplier; the rules below are guidelines only. At the time of booking, the applicable rules will be advised accordingly.

Current employees of passenger airlines.

Retired employees of passenger airlines.

Current cargo airline employees.

Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependent children) of current/retired passenger airlines employees and current cargo airline employees travelling with or without the staff member.

Friends travelling with current/retired employees of passenger airlines and current Cargo airline employees.

Ground maintenance.

Airport Authorities, i.e. BAA.

Airport handling.

International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Airfreight companies (IATA only).

PERMANENT STAFF SELLING, MARKETING OR PROMOTING TRAVEL & AFFILIATED EMPLOYEES OF:

Bonded multiples / independent travel agents (ABTA, ATOL, IATA, TTA, CAA, Global Travel).

Unbonded travel agents.

Bonded and unbonded tour operators.

GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan).

Car hire companies.

Tourist boards.

Destination management & representation.

Reservation companies.

Tour operators (BITOA).

Foreign exchange (counter staff only).

An ID/Pay Slip/Confirmation letter/Business card will be required at the time of booking and may be required at the check-in, please remember to take it with you.
