Eligibility Information

Eligibility rules differ for each supplier; the rules below are guidelines only. At the time of booking, the applicable rules will be advised accordingly.

AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:

• Current employees of passenger airlines.
• Retired employees of passenger airlines.
• Cargo airline employees.
• Friends sharing cabin with current / retired employees (max 1 stateroom at the reduced rate).
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependent children) of current / retired employees may travel with the staff member (max 1 stateroom at the reduced rate).
  

AIRPORT & AFFILIATED EMPLOYERS OF:

• Air Traffic Controllers.
• Customs & immigrations.
• Ground maintenance.
• Airport Authorities, i.e. BAA.
• Airport handling.
• International Air Transport Association (IATA).
• Airfreight companies.
• Friends sharing cabin with current / retired employees (max 1 stateroom at the reduced rate).
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependent children) of current employees may travel with the staff member (max 1 stateroom at the reduced rate).
  

PERMANENT STAFF SELLING, MARKETING OR PROMOTING TRAVEL & AFFILIATED EMPLOYEES OF:

• Cruise line employees.
• Multiples / independent bonded travel agents (ABTA, ATOL, IATA, TTA, CAA, Global Travel
• C.R.S & G.D.S (example: Galileo, Amadeus, Travelport)
  

An ID/Pay Slip/Confirmation letter/Business card will be required at the time of booking and may be required at the check-in, please remember to take it with you.
