Eligibility rules differ for each supplier; the rules below are guidelines only. At the time of booking, the applicable rules will be advised accordingly.

AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:

Current and retired employees of passenger airlines.

Cargo airline employees.

Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependent children) of current / retired employees of passenger airlines travelling with or without the staff member.

Friends travelling with current / retired employees of passenger airlines and Cargo airline employees.

AIRPORT & AFFILIATED EMPLOYERS OF:

Air Traffic Controllers.

Customs & immigrations.

Ground maintenance.

Airport Authorities, i.e. BAA.

Airport handling.

International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Airfreight companies (IATA only).

An ID/Pay Slip/Confirmation letter/Business card will be required at the time of booking and may be required at the check-in, please remember to take it with you.
