Eligibility rules differ for each supplier; the rules below are guidelines only. At the time of booking, the applicable rules will be advised accordingly.

Many of our offers are open to the staff family, and friends, even if they are travelling independently!

AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:

• Current and retired employees of passenger airlines.
  
• Cargo airline employees.
  
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependent children) of current/retired employees of passenger airlines, and current cargo airline employees travelling with the staff member.
  
• Friends travelling with the current/retired employees of passenger airlines and current Cargo airline employees.
  

AIRPORT & AFFILIATED EMPLOYERS OF:

• Air Traffic Controllers.

• Unbonded travel agents.
  
• CLIA travel agents.
  
• Retired employees of Thomas Cook.
  
• Bonded and unbonded tour operators.
  
• GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan).
  
• Car hire companies.
  
• Tourist boards.

• Foreign exchange (counter staff only).

An ID/Pay Slip/Confirmation letter/Business card will be required at the time of booking and may be required at the check-in, please remember to take it with you.
