To eligible be for an Atlas Ocean Voyages interline rate, a person must be:

1. A current employee of a domestic or international commercial/cargo airline or travel agency
2. Spouse or Domestic Partner of current employee above
3. Parents and Parents-In-Law of current employee above
4. Air Traffic Controllers and GDS employees
5. Fedex, UPS, DHL, Airborne employees
6. Employees of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
7. Employees of National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA)
8. Retired employee/spouse of retiree of a commercial passenger airline, cargo carrier, ATC, or GDS

Stateroom Availability:

As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as eligible above, the following would apply:

1. All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate.
2. One additional stateroom may be booked with guests in that stateroom being eligible for the interline rate.
3. A second additional stateroom may be booked with guests eligible for the interline rate only if one of the two staterooms is occupied by an extended family member.
4. A maximum of three (3) staterooms may be booked per eligible guest, per sailing date only as described in #3 immediately above.
5. All reduced rate fares are based on availability by category at the time of booking.
6. Interline rates are capacity controlled and not combinable with any public offer, groups, or any other promotion.
7. In the unforeseen event of an oversold voyage, Atlas Ocean Voyages reserves the right to move booked guests from the cruise with reduced rate fares to a comparable expedition as needed.

An ID/Pay Slip/Confirmation letter/Business card will be required at the time of booking and may be required at the check-in, please remember to take it with you.
