Updated 21 May 2020 - Please note that this information is updated regularly and adapts as the situation evolves.
Celebrity Cruises have cancelled all sailings until 01 August 2020.
Given the gravity of the public health crisis confronting the world, Celebrity have decided to extend the suspension of their global cruise operations through to 11 June; Celebrity Cruises will suspend their Alaska sailings through 15 July, as the region will remain closed to cruise ships through the early summer.
Additionally, Canada/New England sailings departing 19 May, 28 May and 16 June 2020 will be modified, as Canada will also remain closed to cruise ships until 15 July 2020. Guests booked on these dates will be contacted directly with details regarding their new itinerary.
Their extended suspension will include cancellation of the voyage you are currently scheduled to sail.
In order to compensate guests for this cancellation, all booked guests will automatically receive a 125% Future Cruise Credit (FCC) valid until 31 December 2021. The value of the FCC will be calculated based on the amount paid for your cruise and will be processed by 13 May 2020 via email.
Should you prefer the lower value, 100% refund to your original method of payment, as opposed to the FCC, you may contact us anytime up until the expiration date of your FCC.
You can expect to receive a refund for cruise taxes and fees within 10 days and the remainder of your refund will be processed within 30 days after you submit your request.
If you pre-booked any shore excursions, beverage, internet, specialty dining or other onboard packages, through Celebrity Cruises, you will have the option of receiving 125% Onboard Credit (OBC) to be used on your next sailing, or you may choose a 100% refund.
For bookings made on or before 01 August 2020, guests can now benefit from; • Future Cruise Credit Guests have up to 48 hours before they sail to cancel and receive 100% Future Cruise Credit to use toward any sailing through to 04 May 2022
Please note the "Same Cruise, Same Price" and "Best Price or Best Offer" programmes are not applicable to reservations made on the interline promotion.
Effective from 16 March 2020, any person age 70 or older is required to provide written verification from a qualified treating physician that certifies the person has no severe, chronic medical condition and is fit to travel, otherwise will be denied boarding until further notice.
