What do we mean by eligibility?
Hotel Only
For hotel only packages a letter of employment is not required and length of service is immaterial, however ID may be requested on check-in at hotel to confirm travel industry discount entitlement.
Flight inclusive programme
As we offer highly discounted products to the travel trade, the participating airlines on these programmes stipulate the areas of the travel industry they wish to promote their rates
A proof of employment letter will be required within 2 weeks of confirmed flight booking,
as most airlines have this deadline for issuing the tickets: this can be obtained from your
staff travel/personnel department, note that tickets will not be issued without this ratification.
Airline staff should note, that we list the airlines we sell, not the airline you work for!
Therefore those employed as airline staff are eligible for all of the programmes, as per the drop down lists above.
Please note that eligibility for flight inclusive programmes varies according to the airline travelled on, details of which are highlighted on each brochure and in the table above.
