Staff member can now take a MAXIMUM of 3 companions for the same fare (child under 12yrs old - discounts apply).
Flight prices valid when accommodation is booked through Touchdown, an administration fee of £19pp applies for flight bookings without accommodation being booked through Touchdown.
Flights operate out of London Heathrow or Gatwick airports, with Orlando and Barbados also served from Manchester.
Ticketing must be be completed within 14 days of booking, therefore Touchdown will require letter of employment, full payment as soon as possible after booking. Once issued tickets are non refundable/non changeable. Touchdown cancellation waiver will not apply to Virgin flights but may still be taken to cover the accommodation booked in conjunction with these flights.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
From Oct 2004, passengers are not permitted to enter USA with a non machine-readable passport unless their old style passport has a valid visa stamp. The newer 'red' British passports are machine readable, therefore do not require a prearranged visa.
From 04 Oct 2005, the US Government legislation will require all passengers entering the US to provide the following data prior to check-in or at check-in for their flights:
Passport number
Country which issued passport
Passport expiry date
Given names (as they appear on passport)
Last name
Gender
Date of birth
Citizenship
All non-US citizens will also be required to provide a full destination address including zip code, or cruise ship and port of embarkation. Transit pax must give onwards flight details.
Failure to this may result in check-in being denied.
For most passengers, the destination address is where they will be staying on arrival in the US for the duration of their stay, or on their first night. This information must be collected from every passenger travelling to the USA before their flight departs.
Virgin Atlantic are working to permit this facility as part of their website online check-in procedures which can normally be performed 24 hours prior to departure.

The following link can already be used for online check in 24 hours or less prior to departure once you have confirmation that e-tickets have been issued. Your will need your booking locator (PNR) and a surname to do this. Note that Touchdown cannot do this online on your behalf.
