All applications received will processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
Theme Parks & Attraction Tickets:
A Voucher will be issued via email, this will need to be presented on arrival at the relevant advance booking booth and exchanged for your entry ticket/s.
Sea Life Centre Tickets:
Tickets are required to be issued from our office. Postage is £1.50 per booking via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. For late bookings there is the option to have tickets sent by Royal Mail next day special delivery for an additional charge.
Tickets/Vouchers are not for re-sale, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tickets/Vouchers must be presented upon entrance to your selected attraction and surrendered to the ticket booth operator. Proof of age may be required. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, including but not limited to reward/loyalty programmes, multi day passes, annual passes, group bookings, on-line tickets, rail inclusive offers or an exclusive event or concert.
Guests are advised that not all attractions and shows may be operational on the day of their visit.
Height, age and weight restrictions may apply on some attractions.
